BlockQuotes 1.2.1
Random quotes,
read from Markdown.
Drop a folder of Markdown files next to your page and show what's in it, either as a ticker along one edge or as a welcome dialog. Change anything below and the ticker rebuilds live.

Loaded files
Usage reflects the controls above
In a real project the loader options belong in one module rather than on
every page — js/quotes.js here exports a preconfigured
instance. See the minimal integration, which is
that import plus one call. The welcome dialog's Play
button and the hamburger in the corner are app code too, not library
features.
Scroll past this
The page is padded automatically so a fixed ticker never sits on top of
your content — scroll to the very bottom and the last line is still
readable. Set offsetBody: false if you would rather handle
that yourself.
Hover the ticker to pause it, or use the pause button; either satisfies the WCAG requirement that moving text can be stopped. If the visitor has asked for reduced motion, the bar stops scrolling on its own and cross-fades between quotes instead.
